Chaloner - Chaloner is a vertical boiler narrow gauge locomotive built by  DeWinton for use in the Welsh slate industry in 1877.

It survives in preservation and is one of the oldest locomotives in working order.
The model has two vertical cylinders acting directly on the leading axle, the second axle is connected with coupling rods.
The boiler is gas fired, with a coal fired option being available at a later date.
This is an ideal starter engine, economical and easily transportable.
